Subject: Too much weight loss

I am 6 ft tall and now weigh 147 lbs. I think this is too thin and I
need help putting on weight without eating animal products.
When I first started eating animal free foods I was 175lbs. And over
the last 5 years my weight dropped in stages from 164 to 153 to now
147. I feel great although am not as strong as I was at 176lbs. But I
feel quite healthy, but 147 lbs doesn't look right on me it looks just
too starved. Unfortunately I have a number of other issues. I can't
eat dairy, soy or wheat because of allergies. So my main diet is
either beans and brown rice with some tomato sauce to make it into a
kind of chili and use a variety of different beans to change the taste
from day to day, or brown rice and a steamed vegetable with some
I did try eating peanut butter on some chinese cabbage but the high
mold in peanut butter rekindled my Candida problems. I could eat some
non gluten breads but I prefer to eat non processed foods both because
they are processed and because everything has sugar added and I prefer
not to eat sugar or chemical sugar substitute.
So if you have any healthy foods that I can add to my diet please send
me a list of what you think I could add to my diet. Thanks.
