Just a thought: Get your bloodwork done. Mild anemia can lead to a stop in weight loss, so can other vitamin deficiencies. Women may have many different hormonal or metabolic issues, from cortisol (cushings) to thyroid disease or functioning.
Always make sure there isn't a medical reason before taking any drastic dietary methods. Also make sure you are getting enough sleep- many bodies react to a lack of rem rest with weight gain.
If all is well, review your diet and excercise plan. Make sure you aren't eating too much fast-burning carbs, and you are eating some nice healthy fats to keep your hunger in check (nuts).
