Thanks Daisy. Yes it does seem a cop out when we say us vegans have so much to offer that if we're sick it's ok for us to take prescription drugs. Don't the animals have so much to offer too? Unfortunately, their lives involve being bred specifically for medical research for the sole benefit of humans. The animals' potential to live fulfilling lives are nipped in the bud and they don't have a chance.
