I go through phases where I am hungry and eating all the time and then sometimes I am not hungry at all. If you're hungry, eat. And make sure you're eating more whole natural foods so the fiber, etc. keeps you feeling full. Whole grains are good, as are beans and things like apples, lots of fiber in them to keep you full. I take food pretty much everywhere I go, things like sliced apples, whole grain crackers, toasted bread with nothing on it, like to munch on that.
