HI everyone!

I have been vegan for about 3 yrs. recently I was told by a Dr. that
the reason I can't recover from adrenal fatigue is because I don't eat
complete protein.

He went on to tell me that if man wasn't intended to eat meat, then why
was meat the only source for B12.

I asked him to explain why the Hindus are healthy and they don't eat
meat and he said they eat eggs adn cheese. UGH

Can someone help me out with a reponse to this one. I have to go back
in a week so I want to have my explaination :)
