OK, I bought this book thinking it would be about why NOT to utilize honey, but it turned out to be a "pro-honey" book, but very educational nevertheless. I am learning a lot about bees, and the extent to which they will go to protect their food supplies. They are definitely creatures with their own self-interests and self-preservation methods, so that bottle of honey sitting in my pantry will just have to get eaten up or thrown out by other family members.
