Hi,

I have been looking at ingredients of crackers lately, wanting to
find a few brands that are accidentally vegan. For the most part,
the ones that seem promising are great until the tail end of
the ingredients. I have come across Protease many times. Could
anyone please tell me if this is vegan? If it is one of those
iffy sources, are there any products that would be using the
vegan derivative?
