Sorry to hear about your situation. Here are a few more items:

* bread (preferably w.w.)
* crackers (preferably whole grain)
* couscous (just add boiling water at work; preferably w.w.)
* instant soup (just add boiling water at work)
* canned soup
* noodles (you can cook them at work)
* dried fruit
* peanut butter (an all-time staple)
* jelly (to go with the p.b. or just spread on the bread)
* water (don't forget about pure water -- very important!)
* juice boxes (preferably sugar-free and calcium fortified)
* small (individual portions) aseptic boxes of soymilk, almond milk, or rice milk (preferably fortified)
* boxed cereal
* nutritional yeast
* energy bars (such as Luna or Clif)
