I totally understand where you are coming from and am interested in reading all of the replies to your comments. I feel the same way now and it has blown into a full-fledged eating disorder for me that is so mentally exhausting. My advice to you is to do what you feel is best for you. I myself am giving up the vegan label even though I basically eat only vegan foods, but I am not limiting myself to it. I won't eat meat again but I am questionable about other things such as dairy and eggs. I think every effort you make towards what you believe is enough and you shouldn't drive yourself crazy about it. It's not sending a positive message about lessening animal cruelty by a vegan diet if it is making you miserable and everyone can see that. Be true to what you have to do and try not to stick yourself to labels I guess.
