What I mean is, how can someone say that saving an animal life is waste of money compared to saving human life and meanwhile they throw away money for themselves. Only someone who has dedicated themselves to extreme poverty could possiblt take a position like that, and I still don't quite think it would be right to judge the actions of others doing good in this way. I tend to think that it's best to deal with what situations present themselves before you that you can help with. At some point decisions of sacrificing what one does in one area for another comes in I suppose, but I don't think I could take anyone who actually said something like that very seriously.
