:) if there were olympics for making yourself crazy, i would bring home the gold:) i know i always overthink everything until i go absolutely nuts. i know it's me who has to just chill out. i guess this stuff just built up in my brain from too much thinking and ruminating and not enough sleeping, until i needed to pop the cork somehow! that's why it's nice that this board is here:) i feel better now (until my brain gets the better of me again) so thanks!:)
