According to the CDC, a healthy weight range for a six-foot-tall person is anywhere between 138 lbs and 183 lbs. Being lighter or heavier than that may predispose you to certain diseases. This is based on BMI calculations.

If you feel healthy, and are eating nutritionally balanced meals, I'd say you're right on track! The odd thing is that Americans always seem to think girls should be skinner than is healthy, and men heavier. So don't let that fool you.

If your weight starts to drop below 130, I would visit a nutritionist for a solution on gaining weight healthfully.
