Forgot to mention. When you chose to eat lighter, healthier foods which ARE lower in calories, you HAVE to eat more. I've doubled the volume of food I eat. Since the food I eat now is lighter, it is easy for me to do. But it seems you've eliminated more foods than you need to. Just because you are allergic to nuts, doesn't mean you can't eat hemp seed or sunflower seeds. I really recommend the Food Allergy book by Jo! And also, I would get a check up to make sure its not something else. Try weightlifting too! But eating meat again won't solve your problem. I was at my thinnest eating meat. Unfortunately, if you really want to gain weight, there is no easy answer. You have to stuff yourself beyond comfort, period and eat more calorically dense foods. Eat more frequently too. Especially if you chose to eat healthy, high fiber foods. But it can be done! Good luck!!
