I have read that is you go through a detox, you lose your "false" body, then regain it. So that could be whats happening! But I am jealous that you have gained such a tolerance to cold going vegan...not me!! But you can learn how to prepare everything you like even on such a limited diet. I eat raw now and eat almost everything I like including lasagne, burritos, pizza, stir fries, ethnic cousine and breads, and its all raw and grainless! But I have know some people that went vegan and GAINED weight! From too much breads, pasta and starch. So look into rice pasta and rice breads. Theres Jo's Food Allergy Survival Guide that is loaded with wonderful recipes on a limited diet that I"m going to get for myself. It also has lots of info for food allegies! And oils are always good too for higher calories. But the most important thing, above weight, is health. If you are healthy and feel good, I wouldn't worry about what society says you should weigh. Learn to like and accept yourself for who you are!!
