Hello Claudine:

Thanks for the ideas. Unfortunately i am allergic to most fruits and nuts as well. Somehow over the years I began to develop allergies to foods.

I should add when I do not eat any of the foods I am allergic to I feel so much healthier and younger. Further when eating Vegan my body adapts much better to the outside enviroment. In the winter when I eat totally Vegan I never feel cold in the core of my body, no matter how cold it is outside. When I eat any type of animal product and it is cold outside, the cold goes right into my core and I feel cold throughout my body. The same but opposite is true in the summer. During the summer when it is swealtering outside I feel cool inside, but as soon as I eat animal products I feel like I am burning up inside like there is tremendous eat in my body that can't escape. This adaptation by my body to the outside enviroment tells me that eating Vegan is the right way to live. However losing so much weight scares me. So I am curious if this is another part of my body changing and adapting to a full Vegan diet and once my body is clean of former traces of animal produces that I will start to gain weight.

Other than the weight loss I feel very very healthy. I am able to do all forms of exercise without problem. So the weight loss doesn't seem to effect the protein in my system just the fat.

Again thanks for the ideas.

Philip
