It IS overwhelming, I live in an area where cow trucks cross through on their terrible journey, I see them so often and it ruins my day, makes me sad, there is so much I cannot do. But that just strengthens my resolve, I simply cannot be part of that cruelty. Sometimes I do feel like I do not belong on this planet, but all you can do is what you do in your own life and don't forget, you do impact other people in ways you may not realize. You make a difference to yourself, and those close to you, and that's all you can expect of any human being.
