Yes, she tried the "domininon" angle. I squashed it by letting her know the original Hebrew did not intend "dominion=domination" at all. She couldn't argue much with that, but it didn't seem to get through to her.

Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the cruelty and wonder if I'm really making a difference.
