PeTA has killed over 10,000 dogs and cats at its Norfolk, Virginia headquarters. During 2003, PeTA put to death over 85 percent of the animals it collected from members of the public. They "adopt" animals and then put them to death because of their poltical stance on pet ownership. This info does not come from propaganda. IT comes from many and varied valid news sources. It is difficult for me to understand how people who love animals can support PeTA. They seem to care more about politics, propaganda, and publicity than animals. I really find that PeTA's hatred for humanity overwhlems it's so called concern about animals. It's more about controlling and terrorizing other humans. Putting cats and dogs to death so other people will not adopt them as pets is a perfect example of PeTA's twisted stance on animal rights. The more research I do on PeTA the more sickened I become.
