but some of the things they do are really awesome. And no matter what you think of how they get the message out there ... at least they're doing something. While I don't always agree with the methods, I admire the passion and commitment that it takes to do these drastic things. And for some people the "in-your-face" and sometimes brash approach is what works. Now - being the kind of person who didn't need the very confrontational, brash and abrasive message to get the point ... I am often taken aback by it when I see it. But I also acknowledge that there is, like it or not, a segment of the populace that won't hear the message if it isn't shouted at them. So overall I keep PeTA on the list of worthy causes that I donate to when I have the resources available.
