You could tell her there's a lot of cruelty involved in the sheep & wool industry & if she would like more information on that, she can (pick one or both):

1. Read Ingrid Newkirk's chapter on sheep & wool in "Making Kind Choices" (or other reading of your choice).
2. Go to www.savethesheep.com

If she's not willing to do any reading on this, you can tell her that you've researched this & to take your word for it.
