My mom's godson is a co-owner of the recently opened Proper Eats Market & Cafe (St. Johns). They offer vegan and vegetarian cuisine. I haven't been there yet because I live in Metro Detroit. I wish I lived closer so I could check it out. I posted a link to their web site below.
