I've always heard peanut butter cravings are triggered by low levels of protein and fat. Perhaps increase some of these in your diet and see what happens. Some nuts or nut dressings, avocado on salad and bean dishes. On the other hand, maybe the peanut butter was just easy to reach! This must be so frustrating. Good luck to you!!! :)))
