Sounds like it to me. Is it just respiratory or do you have pressure/headaches behind your eyes too? Are you feeling run down also? If its just breathing, just clean your stuff and do neti pot rinses. That will clean out your sinuses. If you have pressure behind your eyes, that is more complicated. What I do is drink Pau de Arco tea, use natural anti-viral, antibiotics like coconut oil and garlic and also use hot peppers and spices liberally. They really help break down the congestion, seriously!! But I mostly just clean up my diet. That is the biggest cause along with environmental stuff like chemicals, fumes, molds etc. Foods like grains will congest me so I stay away from them until things clear up. But what causes you problems food wise and if food is a cause will be different then me. I also have an environcare air filter here that helps too. Sometimes I will take grapefruit seed extract and probiotics too. Its really a guessing game for me anyways! If the headaches get to the point where your head feels like its going to exploid and you feel very run down, it could be an infection. So go to a Dr then. But now I am able to treat it without going to those extremes. I just had major sinus issues from sleeping on the rug due to new carpet, paint, pesticides especially, and not the best diet. Its almost all cleared up now! I have also read recent stuff that says that roaches and the pesticides contribute to allergies. If so, I am now finally roach free, so I hope my allergies clear up. Good luck! The caboret sounds exciting!!
