Sure, it's possible -- a mold allergy is very common (I've got one), and it sounds like you were in the perfect breeding ground. I don't have a lot of advice, but I would suggest that indeed you DO wash everything you took with you (in hot water). I would also suggest that you get, and use, a neti pot to clean out your sinuses. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but it really works and can help remove any residual mold spores remaining in your nasal passages. I can feel your excitement about the cabaret.
