I wouldn't want to be rude, lol! But my recipes are very simple and loose. Just add to taste. But what I do is open the young coconut, scrape out the meat and put all the water and meat in the blender. Then add frozen fruit and a date. Sometimes I'll add a couple cubes of ice too! Some favorites are the coconut mylk and a date and a frozen banana. , vanilla too, simple but amazing! Or add a date (To taste, agave is fine too!), then some frozen pineapple, mmmmmmmm, pina colada! Or another fav, my purple smoothie which I LOVE, a date and berries, and a half frozen banana too if you like and vanilla! Or..........cacao nibs, a couple tablespoons, a 1/2 tbsp or so of maca and mesquite, a date, vanilla, blend.............now I REALLY want to go to the store!! But just throw in what you would normally make a smoothie out of with nut mylk but you will find that you don't need to sweeten it as much usually nor do you usually need to add that pinch of salt either. Albeit, I usually start out making my own mylk mylk too! I even will make raw dressings and curries in the blender this way too. Just add the water and meat, add the spices, galic, gangalal, shallots, jalapeno, etc, and usually I might add more meat or another thickener to it like a white nut (mac, pine, cashews, or hempseed), or sundried tomatoes (can add red bell pepper too!), or a parsnip or carrot, but thats not my fav way, then you have an amazing, instant raw curry!!
