coconut water is the closest thing to our blood! Its excellent for hydration and electrolytes. So yep, your body is in tune, and you are very smart to drink the fresh, raw coconut water. There are some sugars in it, but I wouldn't worry about it. The meat is good for you too and very tasty! The coconut fat is NOT bad for you. Au contrar, its an antiviral, antifungal, and antibiotic, plus the fat is not stored but used for energy and increases saiety, very filling!! One coconut smoothie fills me up for hours on end......
