i made aunt bunny's carrot cake last night, and it's delicious! i love how the top turned out all nice and golden after the caked was baked. i didn't have the ingredients for the icing, so that will have to wait for next time, but it's great without it. i find that most carrot cakes are too sweet, because usually the carrots and fruit make it sweet enough, but this cake was just the right sweetness.

b - hot chocolate, dry cereal

s - banana, apple, orange, grapes (haven't decided in what order to eat these yet; i just got to work)

l - raw broccoli and baby carrots, strawberry soy yogurt, piece of carrot cake

d - the soft tacos that i didn't get around to making last night (spent an hour and a half doing long-overdue dishwashing)

s - another piece of cake, a few dried plums
