lemon juice sounds like it might be perfect, I'll try it this weekend and see, it might cover up the smell a bit at least. I think that I could take the taste of wheatgrass better than the taste/texture/smell of the VMG! I'm trying to VERY SLOWLY change my diet and habits for the better. So it could be 6 months or more before I feel like I'm ready to incorporate wheatgrass into my diet! I'm so excited just to have taken vitamins for three days in a row (I haven't made it three days in a row for a loooooonnnngg time). I would like to start making my own milks eventually, but that is another thing that I don't feel is as urgent of a change, so it will be a while before I get to that as well (quitting coffee and eating less sweets is more important to me). I'm going to try to make one change a month, since it takes a month to make something a habit. This month (well, January) is taking All One, VMG, and calcium daily. It will be a slow process to get to where I want to be, but I think it will stick better doing it this way :)
