squeeze some lemon juice in it! But MSM is great if you just want to remain young and supple! It keeps you flexible and is wonderful for your hair, nails and skin too. Also, since you are having problems with VMG, I would not advise getting into wheatgrass. It tastes like really strong grass! But honestly, I would rather drink VMG than soymilk personally. I don't care for the "bean" taste nor all the added chemicals (I'm very taste sensitive nowadays to all chemical additives, preservatives, I can even taste chorine in water if its from a tap!) and sugar in it (I prefer natural sugars now) and there is no nutritional reason to drink soymilk when I can have some incredible nutmylk instead. But I think eating raw, your body starts to chime in and craves greens and natural foods! Mine sure does. My tastes have changed since going raw. I never used to care for avocados, collards, swiss chard, and other strong greens. Now I love 'em! But on VMG, you immune system will get stronger. You won't notice it unless you stop taking it after awhile. But no, its not supposed to be a tasty drink!
