diet! Foods high in fat -- such as meat, dairy, oils, butter, and so
forth -- are not only high in calories (and low in nutrients) but they
also provide a feeling a satiety. So it's not surprising that you're
feeling hungry. The good news is that you can eat all the vegetables,
fruits, legumes, and whole grains you want. There's endless variety, and
you don't need to feel guilty in any way, shape, or form for eating a
lot. And as a bonus, you're getting REAL nutrition -- a lot of bang for
your buck. So indulge yourself ... and don't worry about it. :-) Your
intense hunger will likely settle down after your body and taste buds
have adjusted to this healthy way of eating.
