I love nutritional yeast and make a lot of recipes from your book, add it to salads, popcorn, etc. I just saw a segment of Dr. Oz's show on how people can have yeast overgrowth that can cause exhaustion and other problems. I believe they were talking about candida yeast, the same that causes yeast infections and athlete's foot. It was very interesting and I know that nutritional yeast is not the same kind of yeast, and then I know there is also brewer's yeast, but I don't understand the differences between different kinds of yeast. Some are good and some are bad, I guess. Can you offer more insight?
Thanks for your help.
