The Unintentional Vegan, Volume 1: Beef has finally been published on Amazon as an e-book. If you’re a prime member, you may borrow it FOR FREE! It may be found via the link below.

As someone who wasn't raised as a vegan, the hardest thing for me in staying on a vegan diet has been having to eat foods that I'm not accustomed to eating. This led to my creation of the Unintentional Vegan Cookbook series. I still eat total vegetarian products ... but I've prepared them in a way to mimic the foods that I grew up eating.

Volume I: Beef has 9 recipes for raw vegan beef products and 31 entree recipes that include chicken fried steak, beef stew, and Swedish meatballs. I've even included a section for sauces, gravies, and condiments.

After months of trying to unsuccessfully revise the alleged formatting problems in this manuscript for publication through, I finally gave up. Had I been successful, Smashwords would then have distributed this e-book to all e-book vendors including Barnes and Noble as well as Amazon, Apple, and Sony. As it was, this e-book was gathering metaphorical dust in my hard drive … so I decided to try publishing this directly through Kindle and my, oh my – how easy it was.

Due to the size of this volume, it took more time for it to upload than it did for me to write a summary and to fill out my personal financial information. Amazon needed the financial information because they’ll send payments directly to my checking account … assuming of course, that anyone buys this e-book.

I was finished submitting this manuscript within 30 minutes. I did this around 10 PM last night and by 6 AM this morning, it had been cleared by a reviewer and is now available for sale.

If you don’t have a kindle, you should be able to download it to your computer.

Now that this volume has been published, I anticipate publishing Volume 2: Pork, within a month. The remaining 9 volumes in this series should be published before the end of this year.
