As Leslie indicated, nutritional yeast is a great source of B12. I make my own vegan mozzarella and cream cheese using this ingredient. These products are then used to make lasagna as well as a variety of cream cheese pies.

In addition to nutritional yeast, check out bananas, gresh greens, dates, carrots, peas and soybeans.

Some plant based milks are also fortified with B12. Check the ingredient list of a given product to confirm that it has B12.
