Some people just get hungry more often than others. It's probably better for you to eat several smaller meals throughout the day than three large ones. If you prefer to eat three meals and you're hungry every few hours in between, have fruit, raw veggies, some vegan yogurt, a small bowl of cereal, a few spoonfuls of hummus, or whatever you like to fill you up. If you're truly hungry, eat.
