Subject: Vegan now tomorrow not

I believe that if someone is going to call themselves a vegan that person cannot be a vegan today and tomorrow not. I believe that being a vegan is something that one is and is today tomorrow and forever since it is a philosophy of compassion and being good to the animals all sentient beings trying to be as good as we can to insects and reptiles and the earth. We are all interconnected. I do feel sadness when I read about someone that states I was a vegan for a while because I believe that you cannot just be vegan for a day, 1 year and then switch and say I was a vegan that is humpbuck. I believe that if you say you are vegan it is because you have understood what veganisme is and it is not a one day thing or a new dress or a new pair of shoes that go out of style. Veganisme is love and compassion and we cannot turn this on and off as we please it is a commitment to animals and the earth if not someone can say I tried veganisme for a while, I was on a vegan diet but stating that someone is a vegan without understanding the concept of veganisme is wrong in my opinion.
