Hi! I am really considering a vegetarian/vegan diet. Altho not quite there yet, I don't eat much meat as it is. I could really use some advice as to how go about the "transition" especially having a nut allergy. It limits my diet as it is, but will more so on a vegan diet I would assume. Is this lifestyle do-able on a busy schedule? I would like to stay away from processed foods as well. I could really use some advice from experts!
