I apologize for not seeing your response sooner - I know it's been 9 months. I have been dating a bit and extended my preferences to guys who are open to educating themselves and to becoming vegan - I recoginize by now those who are totally closed off. Someone gave a good suggestion - befriend non vegans but do not get in a relationship with them until they change. It is very hard for me to see animal products because I see the pain and suffering in them so I don't want to watch people munch away on them or have these products in my home.
