The high-fruit 80/10/10 diet. The amazing thing is(see vid "80/10/10 proof": People don't choose a high-fruit, low protein diet for Muscle growth. Yet it happens anyway, on top of ridding disease, fatigue and loosing body fat. Maybe we couldn't build muscle until we fixed the health problems.

On this low-protein diet, people are winning marathons(Michael Arnstein) and building muscle(Chris Califano)

And they look healthier.
