The cats are coming along nicely, much better than we expected. They stay mostly in the basement, but will scuttle through the living room and kitchen to the cat door to go outside, nervously checking the dog-monster's lair. Liesl, the girl tabby cat is extremely curious, and several times has poked her head into the bedroom to get a glimpse of Larkin. It's only been two weeks, so that is excellent progress.
