Yes, I do have The Saucy Vegetarian and I just briefly glanced through it - I will have to study it a little more (read through the beginning part again). I haven't gone through any of my cookbooks in a long while and most of them have yet to be unpacked. I've been using bottled dressings on my salads. Thanks for your positive thoughts! :)
