I haven't been to this forum in years! But, I made your incredible Almond Creme Cheeze again this week (after passing it by, forgetting how great it was for way too long). I'd slipped away from veganism, and one non-vegan thing I really took a liking to was goat cheese on toasted rye bread. The Almond Creme Cheeze is a perfect substitute in this application. Yum! I'm really trying to reduce my use of added oils, so I tried both "original" and without oil. The without oil version was a little different but just as good on my rye bread.
