I don't understand all the fuss. Tea and honey does help when you are congested with a cold, as does vinegar, honey and hot water (lemon, too).
I'm new at the Vegan dieting but I use honey to sweeten my tea a little bit, every day. But then again, I have always been a rule breaking type of person. Do what you want, my dear.
