Wow. That stuff is spendy! I went to the CoOp after work and it was $12 for the tiny 1 oz pkg of the flakes. Jo do you use flakes or powder and have a good source for it? I am going to try another store that offers a good selection of this sort of stuff - our CoOp unfortunately been crazy high priced lately.

I see Amazon has the same pkg for $7 with free shipping if you buy 3 (and spend $25 total). $15 for 4 oz of the powder with free shipping (If you spend $25) which seems like the best deal?
