don't think of this as black and white, strict rules, or you may drift away. It takes time to change habits and tastes. I still, after 10 years, feel like I get into eating too much junky food, albiet vegan. Do try this though, at some point try a week or two with all unprocessed plant foods and throw some spirulina or wheatgrass in there every day. Cut out sugar and all junky food and just see how you feel. I doubt many people do this, that is why they have no idea how good they can feel. That said, I still slip into my old ways but we just do the best we can and progress day to day!
