Thank you! It's just hard not to be extra-excited about the whole adventure and I have the urge to talk about it with everyone. I fully believe in leading by example, so even though I haven't been preachy, I could tone it down a notch. Haha. It's only Day 4 and I already feel better without dairy; I can breathe easier and am not always wheezing. It's great. I look forward to other good things happening!
