Subject: Best Vegan CookBook Author is still Jo......

After almost 10 years of being vegan and buying almost every cook book I have seen (I have probably over 100). JO's books are still the best. Alot of the new books I have been getting lately Take to much time, You have to sprout or Juice everything and they all tend to taste and look like mush. They are mostly raw and contain things I dont like or that are only found in health food stores. Or You run into cookbooks that contain alot of unhealthy foods with colors and hydrognated oils Or very processed meat analogs. Jos books seem to strike a good balance of recipes that are fresh and yet dont take you a few days to sprout or soak. Honestly there is only one cook book (in 10 years of collecting) that she didnt write that I also use. Otherwise Vegan Vittles, Vegan Deli, Uncheese, and saucy are staples in my food making. I keep buying books because I love to have alot of recipes to try out. However time and time again I come back to what works! Thanks JO also..... When can I expect to see a new book? It has been a loooooong wait!
