Subject: need menu ideas for a party

Hi all! My husband is turning 40 next month and I am throwing him a little bash... most of our friends are omnivores but I would like to keep the party vegan. Can anyone suggest food ideas that everyone will like? We are doing a couple of hot entrees, a cake, and some appetizer-type stuff... hummus is definitely going to make an appearance, with veggies and pita chips... thanks for any ideas!
