Hi, Beccaj! Welcome back! :-) I'm delighted you are enjoying the recipes from Saucy! I rarely make the same combinations twice, so I can't say that I have a favorite. It's so easy and fun to experiment, though. Mix things up by using sauces with different nut or seed butters, bean-based sauces, and vinaigrettes. I like quinoa with a lighter sauce, like a vinaigrette, while rice and heartier grains can handle thicker, heavier sauces. Also try winter squash, potatoes, and sweet potatoes instead of grain. Winter squash with greens beans and a nut butter sauce is scrumptious and very filling. And try tempeh now and then instead of beans. Look for heirloom beans (if you cook beans from scratch) to provide lots of variety. Use raw and roasted nut butters too, to switch things up. Be sure to add something colorful, like red bell peppers or carrots, in the mix. Just dive in and experiment -- then let me know YOUR favorite combos! :-) ~Jo
