My wife and I are both vegetarian and we would like to know what would be an appropriate diet for a 7-12 month old baby so that he has a complete balanced intake of aminoacids, but at the same, easy on his still developing digestive track... We donīt foresee alergic reactions since we both donīt have alergies in our families. I would truly appreciate any input you could give us. Thank you!
