I'm glad so many good things are in your life, Leslie. And congratulations on your move. You sound so excited about it! Daiya cheese is the best commercial vegan cheese to come around yet. It doesn't taste all that flavorful "straight" -- I still prefer my uncheeses to Daiya in that regard. But it does work very well for melting! I haven't seen the Amande almond yogurt sold anywhere around here. It sounds wonderful, though, so I hope it will be sometime soon! ~Jo
